The maximum capacity of this catamaran is 12 people, 2 of which are crew members and the remaining 10 are passengers.
Cleaning is done after the end of each tour.
No animals are allowed, under penalty of not conducting the tour.
Electronic payments may be subject to a minimum amount as per information at the location.
The boat reservation is confirmed once the 50% payment of the tour value is successfully validated – note that every reservation requires the completion of the reservation form. The remaining payment must be made until one day before the tour date.
Additional services hired (e.g., Catering) must be paid in full 48 hours before the tour date.
For last-minute reservations, the payment must be made 100% and the payment receipt sent through the most expedient way, or, if not feasible, make the full payment at check-in by the available means.
If payment is not made within the presented deadlines, Seavibes reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
The amount paid for the tour will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the tour starts.
If the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the tour starts, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
After 24 hours before the tour starts, there will be no refund.
Other hired services, such as catering services, will not be refunded.
In case of tour cancellation due to weather conditions, sea conditions, or vessel malfunction, a new date will be suggested or the full amount refunded.
Some of our tours are subject to a minimum number of participants; if this number is not reached, a new date will be suggested or the full amount refunded.
